The Project

A brand campaign for Allbirds that went beyond their sustainability credentials to explore something more elemental, the relationship between humans, materials, and the natural world.

What We Were Solving

Allbirds had built a strong sustainability story, but risk of it becoming repetitive and preachy was growing. We needed to evolve the narrative without abandoning what makes Allbirds, Allbirds.

How We Got There

"Be Elemental" shifted the frame from product features to emotional truth: what it feels like to exist in harmony with natural materials. The visual approach was stripped back, textural, and rooted in the physical world.
